Michael Pisauro Esq., Princeton attorney
and the lobbyist in Trenton for NJEL.

Michael L. Pisauro, Jr. holds a B.S. from James Madison University and his J.D. from the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association's Section of Environment, Energy and Resources; the Environmental Law Institute; and the New Jersey Bar Association's Environmental law section. Mike has contributed to the Endangered Species Newsletter published by the ABA's Section of Environment, Energy and Resources.

Mike is a founding member of Frascella & Pisauro, LLC, a general practice firm located in Carnegie Center, Princeton, New Jersey. One of his motivations in forming this practice was to represent environmental groups like NJEL in their promotion of a healthier environment. With eight years of litigation experience he is well suited to represent groups in litigation to enforce and improve NJ's environmental laws. Mike's legal experience also provides a background to promote NJEL's objectives in the legislature with lobbying; providing comments to proposed regulations issued by DEP or others; and in reviewing and commenting on environmental impact statements or environmental assessments.

He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the Federal District Court of New Jersey.
